* Construction of Bases, Piling, Ground Beams, Floor Concreting

* Construction of Columns & Slabs

Materials we use & Construction Method:-

* Bases :- M30 Read mixed Concrete, "MELWA" rebar

* Columns :- M25 Read mixed Concrete, "MELWA" rebar

* Slab & Beams :- M25 Read mixed Concrete, "MELWA" rebar

* Shuttering :- 12mm Plywood Boards, Steel Jacks & Wooden Jacks

All of our projects will be monitored by an engineer momentarily to ensure the construction is accordingly to the provided drawings & specifications. And there will be a CCTV camera system fixed at site, so that the client could monitor the site works thru his or her phone no matter he or she is in Sri Lanka or abroad.

At the end of every project we will be providing a warranty certificate for the works we have completed.
