Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Drive towards meeting and beating the monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Participate on behalf of the company in external events
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English (Sinhala and/or Tamil is a plus)
- 2 to 5 years experience in sales would be an advantage
- Successful candidates will have a good track record in sales
